1. Click on the Forgot Password link located directly below the Password field
on the landing page.
2. Enter your User Name.
3. Enter your Email address. This e-mail address must equal the e-mail address
stored within the application.
4. Click the Submit button.
Your information will be verified, and a temporary password is auto-generated, and
sent to your email account. If you do not know what email address was used when
you set up your account, please contact your Customer Service Representative.
Once you have successfully logged in with your temporary password, you will be
required to change it on the Change Password page.
