Mobility Tax File

The Mobility Tax File (files with extension mt.csv) specifies which Optionee Attribute is used to assign Tax Rates and which Attribute Values relate to a particular Tax Schedule.   This file is also used to specify the Tax Benefit Allocation Type for Attribute Values. 




Insertions and Modifications
If a record already exists for the specified Attribute Value, it is updated with the provided Schedule Name and Tax Benefit Allocation Type, otherwise, it is created.



Deletions

To delete a specific Optionee Attribute Name from being the Mobility Tax Attribute, include only the Optionee Attribute Name.  The Mobility Reporting records already provided will remain.



Deletion records can be in the same file as insertion and modification records.

This is the Mobility Tax Attribute Name which is used to provide percentage allocations for Tax.  This is separated in this file because of the ability to define Tax Rate Schedules for Mobility Attribute Values while leaving the Tax Rate setup intact for non-mobile Optionees.
(This is also referred to as the Tax Allocation Attribute Name)
The Account must be set up to have Mobility Processing prior to adding this record (Configuration setting made by EM)

If this is not assigned then the default is as specified on Configure/Mobility page.
