Insertions and Modifications
If a record already exists for the specified Attribute Value, it is updated with the
provided Schedule Name and Tax Benefit Allocation Type, otherwise, it is created.
To delete a specific Optionee Attribute Name from being the Mobility Tax Attribute, include only the Optionee Attribute Name. The Mobility Reporting records already provided will remain.
