The Dataset page allows a user to combine a report dataset run in the Expense
page with the report format created using the customization tool in the Custom
page.
1. Dataset Manager: This section shows all the report datasets that have been
selected in the Expense page. The Dataset Name, Dataset Type, Date Created,
Scheduled Deletion Date and Action display the characteristic and data points of each
report.
Selecting a given dataset activates that dataset to be viewed in any format chosen in
the Select Reports section.
2. Select Reports: All Standard and Custom reporting formats are listed here. The
Report Format section shows all the possible display formats (PDF, CSV, XLS and
XSLX) available for each report.
3. Grouping Criteria: The user selects any grouping criteria by which they would
like to have their report grouped. The user has the ability to select up to three levels
of grouping.
