Grant Details

Please note that the functioning of the Add and Edit modes is dependent upon the data arrangement defined specifically for each client. As such, all functionality and field-editing capabilities under these modes may not be completely available.

The Grant Details page is divided into four sections:
1. The top section labeled GRANT DETAILS contains basic static grant identification information.  This identifier data will appear in the same position on each succeeding page when viewing grant specific information.

2. The default view for the middle-right section is labeled GRANT DETAILS and contains specific detail information about the grant. This page can also be accessed by clicking on Grant Details from any other active Grant Management screen.

3. The default view for the bottom-right section is labeled GRANT VESTING and contains the grant vesting schedule.

4. The left hand section contains the navigation bars to specific information about the grant (Cancellation, Exercise, etc.).  Each of these bars will will be preceded with an * if there is specific data for that selection available. For instance, *Exercise indicates exercise data is available, Cancellation indicates no cancellation data is available.
Clicking on any specific bar will take you to that specific page to view the available data.

The EXIT button at the bottom of the page will send you back to the Grant Search page from which you originally navigated.

The VIEW, ADD and EDIT drop down at the top-right of the page are available modes.

ADD Mode

When the ADD mode is chosen from the pull-down, a blank form is generated that allows for the input of a new grant into the database. Similar to the Data Upload module, all existing validations will continue to be enforced.

The Add Assumed Grant button from the Grant Management landing page allows for the adding of an Assumed Grant. The difference between a Granted grant and an Assumed grant is the presence of the acquisition information. This is covered under Assumed Grant Details section that contains all the required and optional assumed grant information, including the required option values. Also required and available to fill out is the assumed vesting information under the Assumed Grant Vesting table immediately below the Assumed Grant Details section.

EDIT Mode

When the EDIT mode is chosen from the pull-down, all the fields except Grant ID is available for changes.   On Saving, all existing validations will continue to be enforced.
